Ethical Code & Professional Standards
Ethical practice is not a formality - it’s an ongoing commitment to integrity, clarity, and trust.
Integrity and care form the foundation of my work.
As a psychological advisor and coach, I am guided by clear ethical principles that ensure professionalism, presence, and respect in every interaction.
My practice aligns with the ethical standards recognised in professional coaching and advisory fields -
and with the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors - maintaining confidentiality, clear boundaries, and deep respect for each client’s individuality.
My ethical commitments
• Confidentiality - What’s shared remains private.
• Autonomy - Clients stay free to make their own choices; my role is to support, not direct.
• Respect & Inclusivity - I work with awareness of cultural, personal, and systemic diversity.
• Boundaries - Clear professional limits create safety and integrity in our collaboration.
• Competence & Growth - I engage in supervision and ongoing professional development to sustain the depth and quality of my work.
• Transparency - Methods, processes, and intentions are communicated clearly throughout our work.
• Informed Consent - Clients are fully informed about the scope, purpose, and non-clinical nature
of this work. It does not replace therapy or medical treatment.
• Collaboration & Referral - When appropriate, I refer or collaborate with other professionals
to ensure the best possible support.
Why it matters
Ethical practice builds the ground for trust, clarity in connection, and change that truly lasts.
Integrity begins where responsibility becomes conscious.
